¶ Blind4Smart purpose
Blind4Smart is a tool to automatically anonymize candidate identification data, and optionally de-anonymize it afterward.
This process is configurable and can be triggered at several steps of the recruiting processes.
¶ Configuration
As for the example illustrated below, candidates will be anonymized when reaching "RECRUITER SCREEN" and will be de-anonymized when reaching "CULTURAL ONSITE".
The application will anonymize all identification data and remove the attachments. Data and attachments will be restored as soon as the candidate reaches the de-anonymization step.
Data to be anonymized in this example:
- First name
- Last name
- Address
- Web links
- The institution in all education entries
- Employer's name in all experience entries
- Removal of all attachments
¶ Recruiter experience
The candidate just applied. All data is available in the system.
The candidate reached the anonymisation status. All identifying data has been anonymised, as per the configuration settings.
As the candidate reached the de-anonymization step, all the data and attachments have been restored.
